At the market, we saw a vendor trying to set up a canopy alone. After half an hour of running around, the logo was crooked and the customers were gone.

At the campsite, a solo camper was still pulling ropes and searching for stakes as the sun was going down — the tent wasn’t even up yet.

In a backyard, a small shop owner just wanted a little shade, but ended up paying a contractor to install an awning. Half a day later, the sun was setting and the work still wasn’t done.

That’s when we asked ourselves:

Why does setting up a tent have to be so hard? Can’t it just take one person, a few minutes, and no stress?

So we created Ablem8Canopy.
