Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas: We currently offer shipping services to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Mexico, United States, Israel, Japan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Argentina, New Zealand, Denmark, Russia, Hungary, Austria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Norway, Belgium, France, Poland, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.

2. Shipping Times:

  • Orders received before 12:00 AM China Shanghai time from Monday to Saturday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Production time is 2-3 days.
  • Shipping time is 3-4 days for Expedited Shipping and 5-7 days for Standard Shipping.

3. Shipping Options and Fees:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Orders from $0.00 to $100.00: $1.54 USD
    • Orders over $100.00: Free
    • Shipping time: 5-7 days (excluding Production time)
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Orders from $0.00 to $100.00: $3.07 USD
    • Orders over $100.00: $150.00 USD
    • Shipping time: 3-4 days (excluding Production time)

4. Free Shipping Policy:

  • We offer free standard shipping for orders of $100.00 or more, applicable to all listed countries.

5. Customs Duties:

  • Customs duties and taxes for different markets are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information on taxes.

6. Tracking Your Package:

  • Shipping Confirmation: After printing the shipping label, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the "Track Your Order" link located in the footer of any page on our website.
  • Tracking Information Availability: Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to become available.

7. Tracking Issues:

  • We are happy to assist, but unfortunately, we only have access to the same tracking information you have. We ask that you attempt to resolve any issues directly with the carrier. If other methods fail, please contact our support team directly for assistance at support@ablem8canopy.com.

8. Lost Packages:

  • Ablem8canopy is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. In such cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
